With the rapid development of environmental protection, we have gained a place in the industry as the technical leader of wastewater sludge treatment industry. Looking back on the development of the decade, innovation and R&D is one of the most important factors.


In this decade, we have made breakthroughs in the quality and performance of our products through research and development in traditional technology in the inherent ideas. At present, our products and solutions have been sold all over the world, and they are highly recognized by users.

Second generation super high pressure filter press

The second generation super high pressure filter press is a new generation high efficiency filter press equipment developed by our company based on the technology and performance characteristics of the first generation. This equipment not only inherits the advantages of the first generation, but also has a significant update and breakthrough in the original technology.

Looking back over the past ten years, since its establishment in 2008, we have devoted ourselves to researching, developing and innovating. With the advantage of high-tech technology, we have developed and produced many high-tech products.


In 2008, Shanghai Techase Environment Protection Co., Ltd. (TECHASE) was formally established. The first product was Techase® multi plate screw press. With simple and convenient operation mode and lower energy consumption, it has been quickly recognized by the market. Through continuous technical research and development, special machines for different industries such as oil sludge special machines, fruit and vegetable special machines, and blue-green algae special machines have been widely used in the market, and have been highly praised by customers.

                                    

As people's requirements for living environment are getting higher and higher, the government is paying more and more attention to environmental pollution problems. It is extremely urgent for waste water plants to carry out standardization and transformation work. Together with Tongji University, we have innovated and developed vertical fiber cloth media filter. It not only retains the process facilities of original waste water plant, but also meets new national standards. At the same time it is been installed separately. It is simple and efficient, and its footprint and investment are very small.


In recent years, the deterioration of the natural water environment has received high attention from the public. Ecological civilization has been promoted as the millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. As a highly responsible environmental protection company, we are obligated to accomplish this goal. Combined with our own technical advantages, we have constantly innovated and developed a comprehensive management solution for rivers and lakes, which has fundamentally solved the phenomenon of black and smelly water.


In the past ten years, through our own technological advantages and the spirit of continuous innovation and research and development, up to now, we have been authorized nearly 70 patents, including 18 invention patents. At the same time, we have also established the “Shanghai Sludge Treatment and Resource Utilization High-tech Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center”. In addition, we have established the “Training Base for Talent Cultivation, Industry, Education and Research” and “Water Treatment Platform of Tongji University” with Tongji University. We have also been awarded the honorary title of “Shanghai Patent Work Pilot Enterprise” and “High-tech Enterprise” by government agencies.


Finally, let me introduce you the technical solution of pyrolysis gasification that we will develop in the near future.

This technology creates a new process flow by combining several traditional and mature technologies. It combines innovative high temperature decomposition technology with traditional high temperature oxygenation technology. After the waste is compressed, the organic components of the waste are vaporized at high temperature, while the inorganic components are melted, which eliminating new pollution problems such as dioxins generated in the sludge incineration process. The waste is then completely converted into syngas and small amounts of solid residues that can be recycled.


Looking back on the research and development process of the past ten years, we keep innovating to develop more high-tech and high-performance products and solutions, and constantly improve the quality and technology of existing products through technological innovation. In the face of deteriorating water pollution problems, we will always stand at the forefront of the industry and provide more perfect products and services for our customers.
