Our Decade - Series Two

Last week, when we talked about our honors in the past ten years, the response was overwhelming. Over the past ten years, in addition to the honors, our project cases are spread all over the world too. Today I'd like to share with you some of our classic cases.

In the past ten years, we have spread our products and system solutions across more than 70 countries and regions around the world, relying on its continuous innovative technical advantages and perfect after-sales service system. Now, it is the intense and exciting final period of Russia World Cup. Let‘s start with Russia.

Russia Balakirev Wastewater Treatment Plant

The project was located in a wastewater treatment plant in Balakirev, Russia. It used one of our core products – multi plate screw press. It concentrates and dewaters the sludge which is produced in the wastewater treatment process. The treated sludge can be landfilled or resourced. This is a great solution to the environmental problems on the site.

Antarctic Zhongshan Station

The project was located at the beautiful Antarctic Zhongshan Station. It is one of the scientific research stations established by China in Antarctica. As the purest and cleanest place in the world, it cannot be affected by life. The project also adopted our multi plate screw press, which minimized the impact of life.

Shanghai Laogang MSW Landfill

This project was located on the east coast in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. As the largest landfill in Asia, it shoulders 70% of Shanghai's domestic waste disposal. This was a sludge disposal project. It also adopted our multi plate screw press. It was highly praised by customers for its unique screw shaft process and characteristics of self-cleaning, clog-free, low power consumption and easy operation and simple maintenance.

Shenzhen Nanshan Sewage Treatment Plant

As the largest municipal sewage treatment plant in Shenzhen, the project used super high pressure filter press which is one of our core products. After systematic treatment, the on-site sludge was condensed, pressed and dehydrated. Then the moisture content was reduced to less than 60%. This press was also the 100th super high pressure filter press we produced.

Xinjiang Kara may Oilfield

The project was located at an oil field in Kara may, Xinjiang. According to the viscosity, dehydration, oil-water separation and other characteristics of oil sludge, our company's exclusive oil sludge dewatering machine adopts industry-specific screw shaft and integrates the system to form a total solution. At the same time, it is also possible to flexibly use the vehicle-mounted integrated multi plate screw sludge and solid-liquid separation and dehydration system which is exclusively researched by us. For the bottom sludge of sedimentation tank, the horizontal discharge and treatment system of oil field sedimentation tank can be adopted.

Tai Zhou Forest Paper

The project was located in a paper company in Tai Zhou, Zhejiang. The paper industry has high energy consumption and produces a large amount of high-fiber sludge during the production process. It is not easy to dehydrate. It is easy to clog. So it becomes an industrial problem. The project adopted our super high pressure filter press. The sludge was concentrated and pressed to dewater, which solved the industrial problem.

Zhejiang Yellow Can Food Co., Ltd.

This project was a typical example of the fruit and vegetable processing industry. In the process, the water consumption of the product was very high, which caused the load of the waste water treatment system to increase. A large amount of pectin and fish glue was precipitated out of the waste water, resulting in scum floating on the surface of the pool. This project used our multi plate screw press. Through technical treatment, the pectin and fish glue was precipitated from water. Then the residue entered the dehydration system in the form of scum, which reducing the biochemical process load. The dehydrated mixture can be transported by car directly.

Northeast Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.

This project was a case in the pharmaceutical industry. The pharmaceutical sludge produced in the treatment of pharmaceutical waste water still remains high toxic substances. It has many kinds, high concentration and poor stability. If not handled in time, it will cause serious environmental pollution. Our multi plate screw press was used. It solved the problem of difficult dewatering of pharmaceutical sludge and reduced the energy consumption and operation cost of sludge dewatering system.

Taihu Basin

Taihu Basin project was located in Taihu Lake in the Yangtze River Delta. With the rapid development of the economy and the relative lag of water pollution control, the water quality of this lake has deteriorated year by year. A large number of cyanobacteria broke out severely. The project adopted our multi plate screw press too. The professional cyanobacteria removal technology has solved the cyanobacteria crisis in the lake and improved the water situation. This was also our 3,000th multi plate screw press.

Jiashan Yunhu, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province

Binshui Park Yunhu is located in Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is divided into two parts, namely old lake district and new lake district. The old lake is the original lake, and the water area is 74,500 square meters, with an average depth of 1.6m. The new lake is a newly constructed artificial lake, with the surface area of 78,500 square meters, an average depth of 1.8m, and a total area of 153,000 square meters. As a whole, the park outlines the unique urban features of "New Xitang with Moonlight", which will enable people to enjoy various conveniences of "smart city and quality life" in the new city of Jiashan high-speed railway industry in the future.

Downtown Suzhou

The project was a centralized treatment project for river dredging in the central city. It consists of ten channels including Shantang River, Huqiu huanshan River (including Zhi Bang), Duck feet Bang, Yuangeng Bang and Shuofangzhuang River. The total length is about 18km, and the amount of sludge solidification treatment is 240,000 cubic meters. Because of the shortage of land resources in central city, centralized disposal stations were established, which effectively solved the problem of sludge treatment in urban areas.
