THE 7TH ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION INDUSTRY FAIR

Yancheng is in the middle of Jiangsu Province. It is located in the north wing of the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River delta, with the longest coastline, the largest coastal beach and the widest sea area in Jiangsu Province. From October 26th to 27th, THE 7TH ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION INDUSTRY FAIR & INNOVATION-DRIVEN GREEN INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT 2018 were grandly held in Yancheng environmental protection industry convention and exhibition trading center. Since its inception, Yancheng Circle Expo has been adhering to the principle of "global vision, industrial perspective, enterprise position" for seven years, providing a professional exchange and sharing platform for global environmental protection professionals, enterprises and entrepreneurs. It focuses on the latest technological innovation and achievements of the environmental protection industry, shows the best environmental solutions, and jointly discusses the development trend of the environmental protection industry.

In this exhibition, we showed our core product – multi plate screw press. It built the finite element model according to ANSYS screw shaft pressing theory, which fundamentally solved the problems of easy blockage, inadequacy for low-concentrated sludge and oily sludge, high consumption and difficulty with operation in traditional dewatering equipment. The screw shaft adopted a process of surfacing super wear resistant carbide material. The thickness of alloy layer is increased 150 times, and the length of screw shaft is increased by 15%, making it more wear-resistant, dehydrate better and performance better.

As the first brand in the multi plate screw press industry and a leader in the development of the industry, we have obtained a number of invention patents and utility model patents by virtue of our unique technical advantages and innovative spirit. At present, the products have been exported to more than 70 countries and regions, and also received high praise of many customers.

In addition, during the exhibition, a new technology BBS of sludge treatment and disposal and resource utilization in Yancheng 2018 was also held simultaneously, which was sponsored by People's government of Yancheng.
