Super High Pressure Filter Press Project—Zhangzhou WWTP

On January 24, 2017, Fujian Yuezhong Risheng Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. hosted the evaluation meeting of sludge high pressure filter press equipment, blower and UV disinfection equipment of the Zhangzhou Dongdun WWTP (Phase I) project in the conference room of Dongdun WWTP.

The assessment was conducted on the four super high pressure filter presses which we put in the Zhangzhou WWTP.

As the R&D and production unit of this environmental protection equipment, Shanghai Techase Environment Protection Co., Ltd (Techase) takes "innovation and solve environmental problems" as its mission. It was founded in Shanghai and originated from Tongji University. As the leading provider of waste water and sludge treatment equipment and technical services, it provides system solutions and professional equipment such as multi plate screw press, super high pressure filter press and high efficiency fiber cloth media filter.


 The following companies attended this meeting, including Zhangzhou Development Water Group Co., Ltd. (BOT construction party), China Municipal Engineering North China Design Institute (design party), Zhangzhou Dongdun Wastewater Treatment Co., Ltd. (operating party), Beijing Originwater Technology Co., Ltd. (PC general contractor), TECHASE, KETRON ENVIROTECH COMPANY LIMITED and Allis Environment Co., Ltd (Equipment supplier). The evaluation experts inspected the operation site, listened to the introduction of the operation of the equipment by the operating unit and the equipment operation report from three equipment suppliers.

After careful discussion, the evaluation experts came up with the following assessment opinions: The submitted materials are complete, standardized and meet the assessment requirements. Sludge high pressure filter press operates normally. The treatment load, sludge moisture content after pressing, and the amount of adjustment agent are all better than design value, which meet the relevant requirements. The ultraviolet disinfection site is clean and running normally. The detection value of Escherichia coli in water outflowing is better than the design value, which also meet the related requirements. The blower works well on site and can realize automatic control. The air volume and air pressure are automatically adjustable, and the running parameters are better than design values.

The final evaluation conclusion was that the technical parameters of the equipment meet the design requirements and bidding documents. Performance parameters meet the industry standards and national standards. Operation effect meets the requirements of design and bidding documents. The performance is the same or is superior to the original bidding brand.

In the end, the opinion of the assessment meeting was a high degree of recognition for sludge disposal and the on-site operation of Techase equipment. As a technology leader in the wastewater and sludge treatment industry, we will continue to speak with strength and fully cooperate with each project.
